University Pathway to Success Program
Atlas Air is now offering the University Pathway to Success Program which provides a direct path for early career pilots that have completed primary training, recently graduated from an accredited aviation program and are working towards R-ATP or ATP minimums. Providing pilots with a jumpstart for their career, this program offers a rare opportunity to fly a 737 as a First Officer.
Pilots meeting ATP / R-ATP minimums are given training and coursework needed to complete their ATP via an AAWW vetted program including the Airline Transport Pilot Certificate Training Program (ATP / CTP), ATP Written Exam, ATP Practical Exam, and a jet transition course designed to prepare you to fly the 737. The University Pathway to Success Program provides well-qualified candidates with a program valued at over $25,000 and the chance to start their career earning one of the aviation industry’s most valuable type ratings. As one of the fastest growing airlines, the benefits of flying with us are vast and immediate.
